Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi masala flavour - 1 pkt
  2. Rice flour - 1 bowl
  3. All purpose flour - 1/2 bowl
  4. Suji - 2 tbsp
  5. salt - to taste
  6. Water - 2 cup
  7. Orange food color - a pinch
  8. Finely chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
  9. Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  10. Finely chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
  11. Finely chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  12. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add rice flour,all purpose flour,suji,salt and water to make a batter.
  2. Keep aside for 30 mins
  3. Cook packet of masala maggi with spring onion,garlic,capsicum and carrot.
  4. Take half of batter and mix a pinch of orange food color
  5. Heat pan and grease the oil ,make a dot of orange food color batter
  6. Now Add white batter and cover the pan for two to three mins in a medium flame.
  7. Flip it and drizzle some oil.
  8. Add masala maggi stuffing in the spring roll and fold from both the sides
  9. Turn off the flame.serve hot.
