ABOUT Dried Bombay Duck Curry RECIPE

A very Authentic Kokani style Bombay Duck Curry, Dried Bombay duck in clean packaging easy to use. With typical kokani masala from villages where the woman ground it manually so well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5-6 pieces Dry clean bombay duck
  2. 1-2 small onions
  3. 2 small tomatoes
  4. 1 medium potato
  5. 1 tspn Ginger Garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspn cummin powder
  9. 1/2 tspn mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 tspn Garam Masala
  11. 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
  12. 2-3 tbspn oil
  13. few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the Bombay duck well then dry it aside
  2. Heat oil fry them for 2 minutes and keep aside
  3. Chop onions fine
  4. Quarter cut potatoes
  5. In the same oil fry the onions till semi golden
  6. Finely chop tomatoes and add
  7. Season the mix & add to the onion and tomato
  8. Add the fried bombay duck and potato quarters
  9. Cook on slow to let the masala flavour the bombay duck and potatoes are done.
  10. Now add corriander and cover. keep covered for the flavour to stay intact
  11. Serve with Rice, Rice Roti or normal chapatis
