4 skewers , soaked in water for 15 minutes before use
FOR THE CREAMY MINT DIP
2 tbsp Hung curd
1/4 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp mint leaves and greenchillies paste
1/2 tsp lime juice
Pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
FOR CARAMALISED ONION RINGS
Onion rings of one onion
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Instructions
FOR THE MIXTURE
In a big utensil put some water
Place this utensil on high flame
Add raw bananas and boil them
Cook them until becomes soft
You can test it with a knife whether it is cooked or not
When done take them out in a plate
When completely cools down then peel them and mash them
Now add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander, chaat masala, amchur powder, tandoori masala, bhune chane ka powder, salt and fried onions
Mix nicely with your hands, so that no lumps remain
In the meantime soak the skewers in water
Now make equal size balls from the mixture
Give them the shape of a cylinder
Now insert a skewer in between the cylinder
Stick it nicely to the skewer, by pressing it with your fingers
Heat a tawa or pan and place the ready skewers
Brush some oil on the kebabs
Roast them, by turning them at regular intervals
Roast them until becomes brown from all the sides
When done take them out in a serving plate
Serve them with creamy mint dip and caramalised onion rings
FOR THE CREAMY MINT DIP
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together
Blend well, the dip is ready
FOR CARAMALISED ONION RINGS
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan
Add onion rings, salt and sugar
Roast them on medium heat, by turning them at regular intervals
Roast them until becomes brown

You can take 4 raw bananas for this quantity
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely chopped greenchillies

1 tbsp bhune chane ka powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 amchur powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala + some to sprinkle on top
Salt to taste

1 - 2 tsp oil for brushing the kebabs
