Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Over ripe Bananas 2
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3 tsp
  4. Yoghurt 5 tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. jeera 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them. Make a smooth paste using only your hands. Add salt, jeera, yoghurt, sugar, baking soda and mix well.
  2. Add maida and make a dough similar to chapati or normal puri
  3. Rest it for at least 4-5 hrs.
  4. Roll out small balls and make small Puris and fry them till nice golden brown.
  5. Enjoy hot Mangalore buns with chutney and sambar.
