Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes - 2
  2. Oats - 1 small cup ( slightly roasted & powdered )
  3. Onion - 1 Finely Chopped
  4. Carrot grated - 1
  5. Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped
  6. Ginger -1/2 inch finely chopped
  7. Green chilly - 1 small (chopped)
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
  9. Red chilly powder - 1 pinch (optional)
  10. Bread crumbs - half cup (you can use sooji also)
  11. Coriander leaves - chopped 2 tbsp
  12. Maggi masala e magic - 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mash the potatoes. Now add all the other ingredients except oil and bread crumbs and mix well
  2. Shape them into small balls & press gently
  3. Then take the bread crumbs on a plate & roll the cutlets on it.
  4. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Put the cutlets on the pan and cook from both sides on low to medium flame till nice & crisp.
  5. When they are cooked from both sides it will look like this
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice
