Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cups
  2. Sev - 1 cup ( you can use plain sev or Aloo bhujia)
  3. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  5. Red chilly powder -1/2 tsp
  6. Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil or Butter for making parathas
  9. Water for kneading the dough

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour and keep aside for half an hour
  2. In the meantime cut the onion, tomato and coriander leaves
  3. This is the picture of the Aloo bhujia sev
  4. Now mix all the spices in the onion tomato mixture.Do not add much salt as the sev already has salt & the atta also has salt in it while kneading.
  5. Now take the kneaded flour and make balls. Take one ball and roll into a round roti. Put a little tomato onion mixture on the roti.
  6. Then add little sev on top
  7. Close the roti from the edges slowly bringing it to the center & sealing it so that the mixture does not come out.
  8. Spread the paratha with the rolling pin carefully.
  9. Now heat a non-stick tawa & put the paratha carefully on it when hot. Drizzle oil over the paratha and cook well from both the sides. Parantha is ready
  10. Serve hot with ketchup, pickle & curd
