  9. Dhaniya powder one spoon
  10. Barik cut Ki hui cucumber, onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander

Instructions

  1. Maida me oil, salt, dahi daalkar pani ki help se tight dough bana le or 40-45 minutes tak cover kar ke rakh de
  2. Chana daal ko wash karke cooker me daal kar sare masale add kar de or pani daal kar pakka lo
  3. Dough se choti choti puri bana kar hot oil me crispy hone tak tale
  4. Fir crispy puri par pahle chane Ki daal ko daal kar uske uper barik cut Ki hui cucumber, onion, tomatoes, green chilli or coriander ko add kar de or chat masala sprinkle kar de. Garma garm sarv kare
