Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal.....1/2 cup
  2. Urad dhuli daal....1/2 cup
  3. Chana daal...1/4 cup
  4. Salt ...to taste
  5. Cumin seed....1 tea spoon
  6. Ghee...as required

Instructions

  1. Soak all daals for 4 hours
  2. Wash and grind to a smooth paste
  3. Mix salt and cumin seed
  4. Now make bite sized cheela on a non stick tawa
  5. Flip and cook on other side too
  6. Serve it as it is or with chutney of your choice
  7. You may add black pepper in it
