ABOUT Pan Fried Chicken Tikka RECIPE

Chicken tikka is a traditionally small boneless chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices. This is baked in a tandoor. In This recipe, the tikka is pan fried.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1 tsp redchilli powder
  5. 3/4 cup hung curd
  6. 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli paste
  8. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  9. 2 tbsp gramflour
  10. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  11. Salt to taste
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chickenpieces with the above ingredients except oil for 2 hours
  2. Then pan fry in oil until golden brown and charred
  3. Serve
