For malpua, boil milk till it gets reduced
Mix grated khoya in it leave it for some time
Then add maida to it and mix well
Avoid formation of lumps
Leave it for an hour
after an hour heat ghee in a pan
Now pour one big spoon of mixture into it making a round shape
Fry till light brown
Now take a pan and put equal amount of sugar and water into it
Add 1 tbsp of milk and take off the foam with a spoon when formed
Cook for five to ten minutes on low heat
Strain it and add kesar and cardamom to it
For rabdi -
Heat the milk in a pan
Bring it to a boil
Cook it on a low flame till it becomes thick and creamy
Stir and cook till the quantity is reduced. Add sugar
Add rose essence, garnish with pistachios and almonds
Now take malpuas and dip it in sugar syrup
Garnish with saffron and pistachios
Serve hot with rabdi
