Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour parantha- 4
  2. Besan -1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  5. Tartari powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Sugar-2 tsp
  7. Water as required
  8. Rai -1 tsp
  9. White sesame-1 tsp
  10. Oil -2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make the batter by mixing besan, salt, sugar, tartaric, chili powder, and water. The batter should be very thick.
  2. Take a parantha. Spread batter on it . on it put other paranthas. Again spread the batter on it. Now make a tight roll . Apply some batter on the roll. Make two rolls
  3. Steam the rolls for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it cool. Cut into pieces.
  5. Take a pan. Add oil . Add rai and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute
  6. Put patra. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
