Make the batter by mixing besan, salt, sugar, tartaric, chili powder, and water. The batter should be very thick.
Take a parantha. Spread batter on it . on it put other paranthas. Again spread the batter on it. Now make a tight roll . Apply some batter on the roll. Make two rolls
Steam the rolls for 10 minutes.
Let it cool. Cut into pieces.
Take a pan. Add oil . Add rai and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute
Put patra. Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
