ABOUT FUSION VEGGIE PANEER PARATHA ........ RECIPE

This is one of my fusion delicious and easiest breakfast recipe .......

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the Filling .....
  2. Grated paneer - 1 cup
  3. Chopped fresh Veggies - 1 cup ( as your taste)
  4. Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
  5. SOYA sauce - 1 teaspoon
  6. Chilli sauce - 1teaspoon
  7. Green chilli chopped - 4 no
  8. Ginger and garlic chopped - 2 tablespoons
  9. Onion chopped - 1 large
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Sugar - 1teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
  13. Dry herbs - 1teaspoon
  14. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  15. For the Dough ......
  16. All purposes flour - 1 cup
  17. Oil - 1tablespoons
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Sugar - 1teaspoon
  20. Baking powder - 1teaspoon
  21. Kalonji - 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tablespoons Olive oil in a pan add ginger and garlic chopped and fry for a minutes then add onion fry till the onion are golden brown in colour .
  2. Then add the chopped veggies and fry for a minutes then add grated paneer mix well .
  3. After 5 minutes add all the sauce and stir fry on high power then add salt and sugar and mix well , fry for few minutes when they are mixed properly then switch off the flame and keep aside .
  4. In a large bowl add flour , oil , salt and sugar mix well and add required water mix with until make a smooth dough .
  5. Now devide the dough into small balls and stuffed the paneer veggie mixture and seal it to make a ball .
  6. Now dust it with flour and roll out into the rolling pin to make a regular size Chapathi out of it .
  7. Heat a tawa and place the paneer and veggie stuffed Paratha on it .
  8. Add a teaspoon of olive oil to fry the Paratha on both side till each sides turns golden brown .
  9. Serve hot with chole and pomegranate Raita .....
