ABOUT FUSION VEGGIE PANEER PARATHA ........ RECIPE

For the Filling .....
Grated paneer - 1 cup
Chopped fresh Veggies - 1 cup ( as your taste)
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
SOYA sauce - 1 teaspoon
Chilli sauce - 1teaspoon
Green chilli chopped - 4 no
Ginger and garlic chopped - 2 tablespoons
Onion chopped - 1 large
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
Dry herbs - 1teaspoon
Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
For the Dough ......
All purposes flour - 1 cup
Oil - 1tablespoons
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1teaspoon
Baking powder - 1teaspoon
Kalonji - 1teaspoon
Instructions
Heat 1tablespoons Olive oil in a pan add ginger and garlic chopped and fry for a minutes then add onion fry till the onion are golden brown in colour .
Then add the chopped veggies and fry for a minutes then add grated paneer mix well .
After 5 minutes add all the sauce and stir fry on high power then add salt and sugar and mix well , fry for few minutes when they are mixed properly then switch off the flame and keep aside .
In a large bowl add flour , oil , salt and sugar mix well and add required water mix with until make a smooth dough .
Now devide the dough into small balls and stuffed the paneer veggie mixture and seal it to make a ball .
Now dust it with flour and roll out into the rolling pin to make a regular size Chapathi out of it .
Heat a tawa and place the paneer and veggie stuffed Paratha on it .
Add a teaspoon of olive oil to fry the Paratha on both side till each sides turns golden brown .
