Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg besan (gramflour )
  2. 100 gm urad daal flour
  3. 75 gm rice flour
  4. Pinch of baking powder
  5. 1 tbs Oil
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Salt per taste
  8. Black salt 1 tbs
  9. red Chilli powder 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. In 50 ml water add salt and baking soda.mix all the three flours and give moin of oil.
  2. Prepare the dough with warm water make small pooris. fry till golden brown .add black salt and chiili powder.
  3. Enjoy with your tea .
