ABOUT Instant Ragi Dosa RECIPE

Easy peasy instant and healthy dosa. No fermentation.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi flour-1 cup
  2. Rice flour-2 tbsp
  3. Sour Curd - ½ cup
  4. Water as needed
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil few tbsps

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients . Add water to make a smooth dosa batter.
  2. Heat a non stick tawa and spread a ladleful of batter on that.
  3. Spread it thin or thick as per your taste.
  4. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook for a min. Flip it over and cook on other side too.
  5. Remove and serve hot with chutney or sambar of your choice.
