ABOUT 5 Grain Instant Dosa RECIPE

Healthy and tastiest multi grain dosa. And it is instant, no fermentation.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oats - ¼ cup powdered
  2. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  3. Rice Flour - ½ cup
  4. Ragi Flour - ¼ cup 
  5. Sooji - ¼ cup
  6. Cumin Seeds  - ½ tsp
  7. Turmeric powder  - ¼ tsp 
  8. Chilly powder - ¼ tsp
  9. Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
  10. Coriander leaves  - a handful chopped finely
  11. Curd - ½ cup
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Ghee few tbsps for drizzle
  14. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except ghee and water and mix well. Now add water gently to make it into a thin batter but not too thin. Set aside for around 5-10 mins.
  2. Heat a nonstick tawa, grease it with ghee. 
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it. Drizzle ghee all around the sides. 
  4. Cover with lid and cook for 3-5 mins on medium heat. Flip over and cook for another 2-3 mins.
  5. Remove and serve with sambar or any chutney/pickle of your choice.
