Heat a teaspoon of oil and add all the ingredients under to temper.
Mix it with the batter
Heat a tawa in medium flame.mix well and pour a laddle of batter in circular motion .Drizzle oil and cook it in medium flame until crisp.
Flip and cook the other side. Serve hot with chutney or sambar
