ABOUT Instant dosa RECIPE

It's a very easy and quick recipe that goes well with any chutney, sauce or curry. It requires very less ingredients and very healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Atta/wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Sooji 1/4cup
  3. Rice flour 3tbsp
  4. Onion chopped 1
  5. Green chilli chopped 2
  6. Grated ginger 2tbsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Chopped curry leaves
  9. Hing a pinch
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Oil as needed to prepare dosa

Instructions

  1. Mix wheatflour, sooji, rice flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and make a thick batter.
  3. Cover and rest for 15min.
  4. Then add onion, green chilli, grated ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, hing, add more water if required.
  5. The batter should be little watery than normal dosa batter.
  6. Heat a tawa, grease oil and make dosa.
  7. Serve hot with any chutney, sambar or curry.
