Wash and cut fishes in medium size
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder for 15_20 mins
Fry them lightly both sides
Wash and cut mango in thick slices
Heat oil in a nonstick pan
Add onion and curry leaves
Saute for some time
Add crushed garlic and ginger
Next add turmeric powder , chilli powder , coriander powder and curry powder
Saute in low heat for 3_4 mins
Add mangoes
Fry for 3_4 mins
Now add coconut milk and salt
Boil slowly for 5 mins
Add fish to the gravy
Cover and cook for 15 mins
Add sugar and green chilli
Now switch off gas
Garnish with fried shallots and curry leaves
