Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 1 cup Rice flour
  3. 12 cup Palak puree
  4. 1 cup grated mooli (squezzed out of water)
  5. 12 tsp ajwain
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 12 teaspoon chopped green chilli
  8. 12 teaspoon Amchur
  9. 12 garam masala
  10. ghee

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add both flours + all masala's
  2. add 2 tsp oil + palak puree + mooli
  3. make a dough , add water if required
  4. let it rest for 30 mints
  5. Roll out a Parantha
  6. Put it on the tawa & cook it both side while spreading ghee on it
  7. Serve hot with Butter or ghee
