Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup cooked leftover rice
  2. 2cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2cup Gram flour
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 2 garlic clove grated
  6. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 carrot grated
  8. 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  9. 1tsp chaat masala
  10. 1/2tsp haldi powder
  11. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 3 green chilli chopped
  13. 1/2tsp ginger green chilli paste
  14. 1 tap jeera powder
  15. 1/2tsp garam masala
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1/2lemon
  18. 1 tsp Black jeera
  19. 1/2tsp azwain(ani seeds)
  20. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  21. 2tbsp oil for kneading dough
  22. Oil or ghee for cooking parathas

Instructions

  1. Take one deep bowl
  2. Add in cooked rice make a well in the center and add all the dry ingredients
  3. Heat ani seeds, black jeera in 2tbsp oil and pour inside the well now mix with ur finger properly
  4. Add-in chopped onion coriander leaves ,gram flour ,ginger chilli paste ,whole wheat flour, 1/2cup gram flour
  5. Now mix everything properly with ur hand if dough is to sticky add little more wheat flour
  6. Now take 1tsp oil in your hand n finish the dough properly
  7. Keep it aside for 10 min
  8. Meanwhile make a curd raita (add chat masala grated carrot, chopped onions chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves)
  9. Now take out the prepared dough make small ball out of it spread some flour on the slab roll slowly n carefully with the help of rolling pin
  10. Heat heavy bottom or non stick tava keep this rolled Paratha ,cook on high medium flame properly both the sides now apply 1tsp oil or ghee n cook by pressing with the help of spatula till brown spots start appearing ,flip the Paratha on other side and cook in the way.
  11. In the same way cook all the parathas drizzle some butter on top of Paratha n enjoy with carrot curd raita or tomato pickle
