ABOUT Mix vegetables herb rice RECIPE

A delicious buttery rice flavored with celery and rosemary gets ready in jiffy!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 cups
  2. Onion 1 large, chopped
  3. Garlic 4-5 clove, chopped
  4. Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Carrots chopped 1/4 cup
  6. Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
  8. Beans chopped 1/4 cup
  9. Green chillies 2-3 chopped
  10. Celery 1 teaspoon
  11. Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  12. Chilly flakes 1 teaspoon
  13. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  14. butter 2 tablespoon
  15. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and Olive oil to a wok.
  2. Add onion followed by ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the mix vegetables, rosemary, celery, green chillies, salt.
  4. When the vegetables are cooked add the rice.
  5. Mix it well with the vegetables for 5 minutes, add chilly flakes and serve hot.
