When we r buying tomato sauce from outside it contains lot of sugar and preservatives, here it is made up of fresh tomatoes and no chemicals are used

Wash and pat dry the tomatoes.
Microwave tomatoes in microwave safe or borosil glass bowl with lid for 8 min
Now peel out tomato skin and take out excess water
Now put all the ingredients in mixer jar blend it properly for about 5 minutes.
If any lumps are there, take out with the help of spoon
Microwave this tomato mixture for about 6-8 min without lid
Now add 1tbsp vinegar allow to cool and store in air tight glass bottle
If you want more of the shelf life, keep it inside the fridge
