Prawns and Mushroom Fried Rice

ABOUT Prawns and Mushroom Fried Rice RECIPE

Tasty , high protein one pot meal . I have used basmati rice in this recipe with , prawns , scrambled eggs , mushrooms and other vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 1/2 cups
  2. Prans washed and deveined 8 nos , medium sizr
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Mushrooms 10
  5. Spring onion 2
  6. Onion 1 chopped
  7. Garlic pods paste 1/3 tsp
  8. Carrot 1/2 cubed
  9. Ginger 1/3 spoon grated
  10. Salt
  11. oil
  12. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp optional
  14. Aji no moto 1/2 tsp
  15. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  16. Green chilli chopped 2

Instructions

  1. Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder for 15 mins
  2. Heat oil and fry them lightly
  3. Again heat oil in another pan
  4. Make scrambled eggs with salt and turmeric powder
  5. Keep aside
  6. Heat oil again
  7. Add onion ,garlic and ginger
  8. Saute for 3_4 mins
  9. Spread cooked rice in a plate to allow them cool
  10. Cut mushrooms in halves , blanch them for 3_4 mins in hot salted water
  11. Cut spring onions and green chilli
  12. Now add carrots , spring onions and mushrooms
  13. Also add pepper powder and salt
  14. Add turmeric powder too if using
  15. Now add rice , fried prawns and scrambled eggs
  16. Mix and stir for 5 mins
  17. Add soy sauce and green chilli
  18. Add ajinomoto
  19. Saute for some time
  20. Garnish with spring onion
  21. Serve hot
