Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup(cooked)
  2. Toor dal 1/2 cup(cooked)
  3. Mixed veg 1/2 cup (boiled)
  4. Green chillies 1-2
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. coriander powder 1tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  10. oil for cooking
  11. Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
  12. Curry leaves 4-5
  13. Onion 1 small
  14. Lime juice 1tsp
  15. Garlic (chopped) 1
  16. green coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. heat a pan add oil,then add mustard seeds once crackle add curry leaves & Slit green chilli sauteing .add onion slices & cook till it turn pink color then add chopped garlic & cook till raw aroma goes.
  2. Add boiled veg & spices cover & cook for a min.then add cooked dal & oats mixed properly.give a boil .once u get desired consistency .add salt to taste.(if required)
  3. turn off a flame add lemon juice ,garam masala & garnish with Green coriander leaves.
