Ingredients: Tomatoes (medium) -7; Onion 5 (big); Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp; Turmeric powder 1 tsp; Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp; coriander powder 1 tsp; Dried mango powder 3/4 tsp; Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp; Coriander leaves; Salt

Tomatoes (medium) -7
Onion 5 (big)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
Dried mango powder 3/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt

Instructions

Wash and scoop tomatoes and keep them aside.
For Stuffing put oli in a pan and add chopped onions to it.
When onion gets transparent put ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, chilli powder , coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder and salt to it .Saute till masala leaves oil.
Now fill masala to the tomatoes and keep in microwave for 7 minutes.
For gravy put oil in another pan. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, tomato, coriander leaves and salt Add required amount of water.
Give a boil and add stuffed tomatoes to it. Cover the lid and cook for few minutes. So that gravy mix properly .
