Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 kg tomatoes
  2. 3nos boiled potatoes
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp green chilles choped
  5. 1/2 tsp chillie powder
  6. 1/2 tsp zeera
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. Pinch of garam masala pwd
  9. 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Few curry leaves
  11. 1tsp lemon juice
  12. Oil
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take tomatoes and make it seedless hollow from inside keep aside
  2. For its filling
  3. Take oil in a pan add in zeera then put shopped onion and saute
  4. Add in ginger garlic paste
  5. Then add in potatoes andix well
  6. Add in powdered masalas and saute till mixture mixes well
  7. Add in salt ,lemon juice and coriander leaves and chopped green chillies
  8. This filling is ready
  9. Now allow it to cool
  10. Take tomatoes fill on this fillingtill top
  11. Add oil in other pan for its baghar
  12. Out in curry leaves,and green chillie abd put the tomaties in it and cover it
  13. Let it be cooked from all side
  14. Once tomatoes r well cooked garnish it with coriander serve hot
