Milk soup type liquid with aromatic falvours of ginger and garlic perfect for winter as it cures cough and cold. It is a gluten free recepie. My grandmother use to cook this in winters..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ginger medium size
  2. Garlic handful cloves
  3. Green chilly
  4. desi ghee
  5. Tumeric
  6. milk
  7. Red chilly powder
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take a wok. Add 4 spoons of desi ghee
  2. Heat them. Add ginger garlic finely grinded. Saute it add green chilly into it. Add salt . Add tumeric powder. Add red chilly powder. Now add water boil it. Add cup of milk. Boil it. Gatnish with corriander leaves.
