Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For burger cutlet: Boiled potatoes 250 gm
  2. Boiled American corn 100gm
  3. Garlic 2 big cloves & Ginger 1 inch piece
  4. Chilli 1 big
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Mexican Masala 1 tbsp
  7. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  8. Oil to shallow fry
  9. For Mexican Masala: 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  11. 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  12. 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  13. For Baked Beans Stuffing: Baked Beans 1 tin
  14. Chopped capsicum 1 cup
  15. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  16. Boiled Soya Chunks 1/2 cup
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. Mexican Masala 1 tsp
  19. For Cucumber Carrot Dip: Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  20. Hung Curd 3 tbsp
  21. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  22. Grated cucumber 3 tbsp
  23. Grated carrot 3 tbsp
  24. FOR ASSEMBLING: Burger buns 6
  25. butter as needed
  26. Cheese slices 6
  27. Tomatoes slices 6

Instructions

  1. For Mexican Masala: Grind coarsely cumin seeds first. Add chilli flakes, mixed herbs again grind it. Add black pepper powder and mix it well. Your Mexican Masala is ready
  2. Cut all the buns in half. Make cavity in the lower part of the buns. Grind the scooped bread in mixture.
  3. Grind boiled corn, ginger, chilli, garlic in mixture.
  4. Mix boiled potato, crushed corn, bread crumbs, salt, lemon juice and above Mexican Masala and make cutlets.
  5. Mix bread crumbs, salt and corn flour roll all cutlets in them.
  6. Heat tava put oil and shallow fry cutlets in it.
  7. For Baked Beans and Soya stuffing - Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of oil, add onion and capsicum and cook it. Add baked beans and boiled and chopped soya chunks in it.
  8. Add Mexican Masala and salt.
  9. For Cucumber Carrot Dip -
  10. Mix mayonnaise, hung crud, tomato sauce, grated cucumber, grated carrot and Mexican Masala. The dip is ready.
  11. Apply butter on burgers. And bake in pre heated oven for 2 minutes at 180 C.
  12. Now it is time to assemble the crispy crunchy burger. Put baked beans soya stuffing in buns.
  13. Put 1 tsp of cucumber carrot dip and cutlet, a cheese slice and a tomato slice. Cover with the top of the bun.
  14. Serve with the cucumber, carrot dip.
