ABOUT Nimbu ka saboot achhar RECIPE

A tangy spicy chaar made with yellow lemons. Serve as a condiment or as a side dish with stuffed parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Nimbu [lemons] 50 in number
  2. 2 tbs mustard seeds
  3. Salt 2+1/2 tbs
  4. Red chilli flakes( kuti mirch)
  5. Turmeric powder1/2 tbs
  6. Fennel (saunf ) 1/2 tbs powdered after roasting
  7. Mustard oil 2 tbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry nimbu and cut a nimbu from the center of one end twice such that it remains intact from the other end .
  2. Make the achaar mix by adding all the ingredients.
  3. Fill the achaar mix in lemon .and store in glass jar .
  4. Heat little musturd oil and put it in your achaar.
