ABOUT Bread patra RECIPE

This is a 'no oil' recipe which includes the goodness of vegetables and made in few minutes to surprise your guests.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread slice....8
  2. Water
  3. Salt
  4. Paneer crumbs...3 tsp
  5. Spinach puree...3 tsp
  6. Pumpkin puree...3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Crush all bread slices in mixer in fine powder form.
  2. Divide the mixture in three parts.
  3. In first part add salt and spinach puree. Make dough by adding 2-3 tsp water.
  4. In second part add salt and pumpkin puree. Make dough by adding water.
  5. In third part add salt and make dough.
  6. Make rotis of each colour.
  7. Place green roti. Spread paneer crumb. On it place yellow roti. Again spread paneer crumb. Place white roti on it.
  8. Now roll it in the form of roll. Cut it into pieces.
  9. Serve with ketchup
