Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Arvi leaves-6-8
  2. Besan-1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Curd.-1 tsp
  5. Sesame seeds-1 tsp
  6. Ginger paste- 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder -1 tsp
  8. Garam masala-1 tsp
  9. Sugar-1 tsp
  10. Water
  11. Oil-2 tsp
  12. For Tempering-
  13. Oil-2 tsp
  14. Rai-1 tsp
  15. Sesame seeds-1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take arvi leaves. Wash them thoroughly. Remove thread from the stem.
  2. Make paste by mixing besan, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, garam masala,oil, curd, sesame seeds and ginger paste. Add water to make thick paste.
  3. Take arvi leaves. Thick portion of the leaves on top. Spread paste on it. Now put another leaf on it. Spread paste on it also . Put another on that and spread paste.
  4. Now make a tight roll and put some paste on the roll also. Make some more rolls like this.
  5. Steam these rolls for 20 minutes.
  6. Let them cool down. Cut into pieces.
  7. Take a pan. Add oil, rai and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute. Add pieces. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  8. Relish this tasty snack with mint chutney or ketchup.
