ABOUT Arvi ke wheel RECIPE

My new creation, made with arbi or yams.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 arvi medium size
  2. 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  3. 1/2 tbsp jeera powder
  4. 1 tsp black salt
  5. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1 tbsp lime juice
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Boil arvi with skin in 2 glasses of water.
  2. Take out the skin.
  3. After 5 minutes drain water.
  4. Cut round pieces.
  5. Add all spices and lemon juice.
  6. Now shallow fry on grill pan.
  7. Serve with chutney.
