Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup green moong
  2. 1 cup white kabuli channa
  3. 1 cup black channa
  4. 1 cup horse gram
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1tsp garam masala pd
  7. 1 tsp chat masala pd
  8. Coriander chopped
  9. 2 bread slices
  10. 1 slab panneer
  11. Oil for frying
  12. 1tsp cornflour
  13. 1tsp maida
  14. 1tsp rice flour
  15. 1 onion chopped
  16. 3to4 green chillies chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak overnight green moong, horse gram, lobia, white channa, black channa
  2. Next day pressure cook it for 8 whistles
  3. Then strain the water out
  4. Grind into coarse paste with little water
  5. Add salt, garam masala pd, coriander chopped, chat masala pd, coriander chopped, onion chopped, maida, rice flour, bread pieces, panneer, cornflour
  6. Mix well
  7. Give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
