ABOUT Dates Malai Kulfi RECIPE

Packed with good sugar, these are simply irresistible. Who says that kulfi can't be healthy, well in this case, it is friends. Low calorie and extremely delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pitted dates 100 gm
  2. Walnuts and pistachios 60 gm chopped up
  3. Milk 200 ml
  4. Fresh cream or whipped cream 100 gm / 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash the dates thoroughly and cook them along with the milk to make them soft for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame.
  2. Let it cool down completely. Make a puree of this in a blender.
  3. After this, fold in the cream slowly until well combined.
  4. Now mix in the dry fruits.
  5. Freeze them for a couple of hours until set and enjoy these creamy delicious low calorie beauties.
