ABOUT White Chocolate Easter Eggs RECIPE

Eggs has been associated with the chritsian festival of Easter. The egg has long being a symbol of 'fertility', 'rebirth' and the begining. Chocolate easter eggs where first made in Europe in early 19th century. White chocolate easter eggs is the best gift that can be given and is enjoyed by all.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. White chocolate compound 100gms
  2. Egg shape mould( i used covering of kinder joy)
  3. Gems 2 pack

Instructions

  1. Wipe out mould/ kinder job with kitchen paper, and then dampen another kitchen paper with oil and again wipe the mould.
  2. Chop the white chocolate compound into small equal size pieces into microwave safe bowl.
  3. Melt the chocolate for 30 seconds and then mix well, repeat the process until chocolate melts. Do not over heat as the chocolate might burn.
  4. Coat the egg mould evenly with chocolate, when coated keep in the freezer for 5 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove from freezer and once again coat with chocolate, and keep in the freezer to set again.
  6. Remove egg gently from the mould so that it does not break.
  7. Put some gems into it as a surprise for kids.
  8. To join the eggs heat an steel plate and put both halves on it for few seconds and then remove and join.
  9. Easter eggs are ready to gift.
