Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vazhathandu 15"piece
  2. Raw rice 1 1/2 cup
  3. Red chilly 5 numbers
  4. Hing powder 1pinch
  5. Grated coconut 2 table spoon
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 1hour
  2. Add all the ingredients with rice and grind coarsely
  3. Let it ferment for three hours
  4. Heat Tawa and make thin dosai make it crispy
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney or samba.
