Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
  2. Dosa batter
  3. Small onions 15
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Tomatoes 1
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. Sambar powder to sprinkle
  8. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In dosa batter add one tablespoon of wheat flour for binding the batter, add water if necessary
  2. Heat oil in tawa. Pour the batter thicker than the normal dosa.
  3. Now top it with chopped small onion, carrot, tomatoes and green chilli .
  4. Pour little bit of oil to the uttapam and sprinkle sambar powder to enhance the taste.
  5. Flip the uttapam and cook until it's done
  6. Now it's ready to serve. Serve uttapam with coconut chutney.
