ABOUT Chicken kheema uttapam RECIPE

Twist in regular onion uttapam. Left over batter and left over kheema can be used to make this.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Uttapam batter 2 cups
  2. Quarter kg Chicken or mutton kheema dry cooked with onions and spices
  3. Chopped Onions 1 cup
  4. Chopped green chilles 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped corriander 4 tbsp
  6. Salt
  7. Chat masala
  8. Oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Spread oil or butter on tawa. Spread batter to make uttapam. Spread kheema on it
  2. Followed by onions chillies and rest of the ingredients. Turn slowly and roast till becomes brown .
