Easy to make at home ice cream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg full cream milk
  2. 1/2 tin condensed milk
  3. 2 tbsp cornflour mixed in 1 tbsp milk
  4. 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  5. Butterscotch essence 5-6 drops or butterscotch milk shake powder 3 tbsp
  6. 1/2 cup milk powder
  7. Chopped nuts like cashews, almonds nd pistachios roasted in ghee

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, milk powder, butterscotch powder and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan
  2. Bring it to a boil. stir continuously so that no lumps form
  3. Now add chopped nuts and cornflour mix to it. keep stirring
  4. let it cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes
  5. When it starts getting thick , switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  6. When it cools down, pour this mixture into silicon moulds/ice cream moulds or airtight jar .
  7. keep in the freezer for 7-8 hours.
