ABOUT Dahi Ke Kabab RECIPE

Very Tasty and melt in mouth kababs

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup hung curd
  2. 1 cup grated paneer
  3. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  7. 1 medium onion chopped
  8. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp Besan
  10. 2 tbsp cornflour for coating
  11. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Firs, take a bowl and Combine all the ingredients except cornflour. mix well.
  2. Now make small round kabab from the mixture. Roll each kebab in cornflour from all the sides.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the kebabs on a medium flame.
  4. serve hot with green chutney.
