Easy and yummy recipe. Hasselback potatoes and cheesy broccoli with tomatoes gives this dish a yummy taste. This is a complete yummy and filling meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 Potatoes peeled
  2. Broccoli florets - cut in half
  3. 5-6 big garlic cloves
  4. 5 Cherry tomatoes - cut into half
  5. One cube mozrella cheese
  6. 1 teaspoon Honey
  7. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  8. 1/2 teaspoon basil dry or fresh
  9. 1 teaspoon salt or as per your taste
  10. 1/2 cup olive oil
  11. 1 tbs parsley chopped
  12. 1 1/2 tbs butter
  13. 1/2 tbs black pepper grounded

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel potatoes and cut into rings but not through out.
  2. Meanwhile preheat microwave on 230 degree.
  3. Peel garlic. Mince 1 clove.
  4. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. Heat pan and add oil and butter . Now add 1/2 spoon salt and add potatoes. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are browned. Now add broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Saute for some time. Turn off the heat.
  6. Shift veggies to a baking try.
  7. Take all the dry ingredients, except cheese and mix with some oil.
  8. Bake for 20 mins until veggies looks crispy and brown. Brush the oil mix on the veggies while they are getting baked.
  9. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. And bake for 5 mins more.
