Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Broccoli -1 cup shredded
  2. Potato-2 boiled and mashed
  3. Green chilli-3
  4. Onion-1 finely chopped
  5. Corn flour-1/4 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garam Masala- 1 teaspoon
  8. Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander leaves- few
  10. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Add the washed and cleaned broccoli florets to boiling water and let it remain in water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water completely, pat it dry and mince it in mixie along with green chillies
  2. In a bowl mix all the given ingredients except oil and divide them into equal size balls.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and drop the balls into it and fry them until golden brown in medium flame. Alternatively we can shallow fry them too..
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce
