ABOUT Paper Roast Dosa RECIPE

South Indian dish. It is very healthy and easy to digest. Fermented food is always good for digestion .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Boiled rice 3 cups
  2. Raw rice 1 cup
  3. Udid dal 2 tbsp
  4. Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  5. Flattened rice(poha) 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and Soak all ingredients in water for 2 hours except poha.
  2. Grind together into dosa batter. Keep aside for 4 to 5 hours or over night for fermentation.
  3. Mix and adjust the batter by adding required water. The Batter should be neither thick nor thin.
  4. Heat a nonstick thava and make a thin dosa and don't flip . Pour or sprinkle 2 tsp ghee or oil around dosa, cook until it turns into golden brown.
  5. It will leave the pan automatically as a paper. Paper roast is ready. Serve with coconut chutney
