Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes-2 big boiled and mashed
  2. Carrots-1/2 cup grated
  3. Fenugreek -1/4th cup chopped
  4. Beans-3-4 stringed and chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. 1 Cheese cube grated
  8. Bread crumbs-1 cup
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  11. Water 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape it like fingers.
  2. Make a thick paste with corn flour and water.
  3. Coat the veggie fingers in the paste. Roll in the breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden.
  4. Serve with ketchup. enjoy.
