ABOUT Wheat Flour Ladoo RECIPE

A generation old mouth-watering delicacy primarily for winters. It is a dessert as well as complete food in itself. It is rich in carbohydrates, good fats, protein, vitamins and minerals .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gram thick wheat flour
  2. 300 gram ghee
  3. 200 gram bura sugar
  4. 50 gram gond(edible gum)
  5. 50 gram grated coconut
  6. 50 gram sliced almonds
  7. 10 gram muskmelon seeds
  8. 10 gram poppy seeds
  9. 5 gram black pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a thick base pan and add ghee in it.
  2. Warm it little and add wheat flour.
  3. Cook wheat flour in medium flame till golden brown.Keep stirring.
  4. Add other indegredents except bura and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Switch off the gas and let it cool.
  6. Transfer it in broad plate and add bura sugar
  7. Mix it well and make ladoo.
