Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread
  2. Cabbage half
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Onion 1
  5. Green chill
  6. Ginger
  7. garlic
  8. Paneer 50gm
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. oregano
  12. Black pepper
  13. Chill flakes
  14. Cheese
  15. Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cut the brown edges of a bread and flatten them with the help of rolling pin and chakla. Apply more pressure at the edges.
  2. Now in a separate big bowl mix all vegetables and all other ingredients.
  3. Take small amount of filling put it on bread and roll the bread carefully
  4. Cover these roll with semi wet cloth for 5 minutes.
  5. Now take non-stick Tawa, apply a thin coating of butter or ghee over the rolls and bake them on low flame. while serving cut them into the desired shape.
