For Sev rolls- Mix all the ingredients for the rolls and make rolls from the mixture.
Keep the rolls aside.
Mix Cornflour and water to make the slurry. The slurry should not be too thick.
Dip the rolls in the slurry and coat them properly with vermicelli.
Deep fry them on medium heat till golden brown colour obtained.
Serve the Sev rolls with green chutney.
