Healthy cabbage rolls has lot of vegetables.if we give our kids this type of colourful snack in which lot of vegetables and nutrients then they will easily eat them.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 cabbage leaves
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1 boiled potato
  4. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 2 tbsp boiled peas
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  13. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  14. For tomato gravy---
  15. 1 Onion
  16. 2 tomato
  17. 1/2 beetroot
  18. 1 tsp ginger
  19. 2 cloves of garlic
  20. salt as per taste
  21. 1/2 tsp haldi
  22. Coriander leaves
  23. 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Blanch cabbage leaves
  2. Soak them in hot water for 10 min.to make them soft
  3. Chop all vegetables
  4. Remove cabbage from hot water and soak in cold water to remain them green
  5. Add 1 tsp butter in pan
  6. And add garlic and ginger
  7. Add carrot and cook
  8. Add potato and green chilli
  9. Now add peas and spices
  10. Mix all of them and cook till 5 min.
  11. Our filling is ready
  12. Let it cool
  13. For tomato gravy---
  14. Add onion,tomato and beet in mixi
  15. Add ginger,garlic and chilli
  16. Make paste of them
  17. Heat butter in a pan
  18. Add this paste and stir
  19. Regularly and roast
  20. Add haldi and salt and cook
  21. Now add little water and give a boil
  22. Add coriander leaves
  23. Now take cabbage leaves
  24. Remove stem
  25. Now take cabbage leaf and add filling in corner length wise
  26. Then fold it and make roll
  27. Seal with toothpick
  28. Make all rolls in same way
  29. Now heat remaining butter and cook cabbage rolls to remove it's rawness
  30. Pour tomato gravy in serving dish and arrange rolls in it
  31. Serve them to your kids
  32. They will love these colourful rolls very much
