Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Amla 1 kg
  2. Jaggery 1/2 kg
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil amla with a cup of water. On cooling, remove the seeds and churn it in a mixer.
  2. Put the pulp in a pan and give a boil, once it's little thick , add jaggery, salt, red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Store in a clean jar.
