ABOUT Bread Dhokla Sandwich RECIPE

Tasty tiffin recipe. Dhokla, just what reminds us of the heavenly land of Gujrat, the ever so favorite of the vegetarians. The super soft, juicy flavor of the Dhokla just totally takes away the heart. Dhokla is basically prepared with a fermented batter of rice and split chickpeas. Dhokla is that one sort of a dish which could be had for breakfast, main course, as a side dish or even as a snack. A very quick and easy version of dhokla is the Bread Dhokla that can be made in a very less time and even tastes equally good. The Bread Dhokla is the perfect escape to instant guests. The softness of the bread gives the dhokla the perfect texture and the tadka makes it juicier.
